What data we process
We process the data you give us when you contact us (through the website form, email, phone or WhatsApp): name, email, phone number and the content of your message. If you become a member, we also process the data needed to manage your membership, bookings and payments.
Why we use it and on what legal basis
- To answer your enquiries about classes, prices or membership. Legal basis: your consent and steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.
- To manage your membership: sign-up, fees, class bookings and gym access. Legal basis: our contract with you.
- To comply with legal obligations, such as tax and accounting requirements. Legal basis: legal obligation.
- To send you news about the gym, only if you give us your consent. You can withdraw it at any time.
How long we keep it
Enquiry data is kept for as long as needed to answer you and for a maximum of one year. Member data is kept for the duration of the relationship and afterwards for the periods required by law (for example, for tax purposes). Marketing communications data is kept until you withdraw your consent.
Who we share it with
We do not share your data with third parties unless required by law. To provide our services we use providers that process data on our behalf, with the safeguards required by law:
- Web hosting provider, where this website and form messages are stored.
- WodBuster, the platform we use to manage members, bookings and payments.
- Google (Gmail), for email, and Google Fonts, which serves the website’s fonts.
- WhatsApp (Meta), if you choose to message us on WhatsApp.
Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. In those cases, transfers are covered by European Commission adequacy decisions (such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework) or by standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability, and withdraw your consent, by writing to info.rawtraining@gmail.com or by post to our address, stating the right you wish to exercise and proving your identity.
If you believe we have not handled your data properly, you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency: www.aepd.es.
Minors
If you are under 14, you need the consent of your parent or guardian to give us your data.
Security
We apply technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, misuse or unauthorised access. The website uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS).
